CLIENT:
Founder & Head Accountant Zemhvics Liew needed a corporate profile that could be shared with potential clients.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
SME business owners (sole proprietors & partnerships)
CHALLENGE:
In her industry, she faced the challenge of losing clients to freelance/unlicensed accountants. So the profile also needed to “educate” prospects on why engaging a licensed accountant instead was a wiser choice.
Many of her clients were also non-English speaking, so language had to be simple, clear, and easy to understand.
SOLUTION:
Conveyed a voice of being professional, reliable, supportive through personal profiles sharing her (and her partner’s) expertise and qualifications.
Consistently highlighted the benefits (and the risks otherwise!) of engaging a licensed accountant in the Introduction as well as a designated page to help clients fully understand and make more informed decisions for their businesses.
