CLIENT:

Digital consultancy for retail businesses in digitalisation of systems and tools, specifically O2O (Online-to-Offline) marketing strategies. For example, e-commerce, and membership & referral systems. Had a previous website (for parent company, MAMIC Solutions) but wanted a fresh one.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Retail business owners

CHALLENGE:

This was a very technical area. This was also a very niche solution, one that many people may not even know or have heard about!

So a certain level of “education” was needed for the audience — how would clients engage their services if they didn’t even know what it was or that they needed it?

SOLUTION:

Professional and confident tone, yes. But solutions had to be communicated clearly, with NO JARGON, and in ways that were relatable to clients’ real-life problems.

Created a “What is O2O” page, considered it necessary. Included the well-known Starbucks as an example of how such solutions have been applied in the real world to help clients see and understand how it could similarly help their own businesses.

Each service provided also had clear examples of the problem(s) it solved as well as the benefits and results for clients to easily capture how they could help.
