CLIENT:
Justin Yim is a bank auction property agent with vast experience in the area. He wanted to have his own website for personal branding purposes, using the moniker LelongSifu (lelong = auction, sifu = master).
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Property investors, professionals, average person/home buyer
CHALLENGE:
There are plenty of real estate or auction property agents out there—why choose Justin? I had to hone in on what set him apart.
Also, generally, many people might be sceptical about buying auction properties and would rather consider new or sub-sale properties. This was one major obstacle that needed to be addressed before even explaining Why Choose Justin.
Many of his clients were also usually non-English (Mandarin) speaking.
SOLUTION:
He had such a unique and heartwarming story of why he got into this industry in the first place—which I told him he just HAD to share! Crafted his personal story, which not only set him apart but also made him seem more “human” and appealing to the audience.
Used engaging and simple-language FAQs to quickly address any concerns prospects might have about buying auction properties to increase his chances of closing!
